Mika Häkkinen struck again in the fifth round of the Formula 1 World Championship. The Finn again reigned supreme today and only allowed Coulthard to lead the race during his stay in the pits. The very same Coulthard ended the race in second place followed by Michael Schumacher who ran with the new exhaust system for the first time. Just outside the podium places finished Alexander Wurz while Rubens Barrichello delighted the Stewart team by finishing a strong race and scoring two points. In the championship Mika Häkkinen is the obvious leader with 36 points with Coulthard in second place at 7 points from his teammate.
