Today the FIA has rejected the appeal of McLaren against the results of the British Grand Prix on July 12 where Michael Schumacher allegedly ignored a yellow flag. The FIA simply stated that the results of the British Grand Prix are now final so Michael Schumacher is now the sure winner of the British Grand Prix. A Ferrari spokesman said: "We fully understood that McLaren believed something strange had happened in this race. It is a normal for a competitor. But we are happy with this decision. This is a clear result and we can now look forward to the rest of the season."
