Next week Jacques Villeneuve will travel to Zhuhai in Southern China, on the border of Macau, to test the new race track that is laid out there. The 4.32 Km track of Zhuhai is on the 1999 race calendar on a provisional basis to be the stage of the first Chinese Formula 1 Grand Prix ever. Villeneuve will try out the new circuit on October 23. A spokesman said: "We are organizing his trip, and he's first coming to Hong Kong before travelling to Zhuhai. He will spend two hours on the track, including a photo shoot, and will probably do several laps. Organizers in Zhuhai will provide a car for him."
