Rumour has it that Ford is planning to use the name Jaguar in Formula 1. The British car maker has been bought by Ford and might be used by the American mother company Ford to compete against BMW and Mercedes. Ford also seems keen to buy an existing Formula One team and are believed to take on the role of engine, which they already did, and chassis manufacturer.
