Verstappen second after time-penalty Rosberg

Max Verstappen has moved up to second place in the final results to the British Grand Prix, due to a time-penalty that was handed to Nico Rosberg. The Mercedes-team breached radio rules during the race causing Rosberg to take a 10 seconds time-penalty. As Verstappen was only 1,3 seconds behind the German, he subsequently moves up one spot and is now the first runner up.
Six laps before the checkered flag was out, Nico Rosberg ran into a problem with his gear box. On the radio the team told him how to resolve the issue. After doing what was told, Rosberg was able to continue on and finished in second. The rules however say that a driver must drive the car without any assistance from outside. Therefore the stewards deemed the message to Rosberg a violation of the rules and handed him a 10 seconds time-penalty. This puts him third, behind of Verstappen, in the final results.
