Max, happy 19th birthday!

Much time to reflect on his 19th birthday is a luxury Max Verstappen doesn’t have. The Dutch Formula 1-driver is celebrating this memorable event in Malaysia, that is hosting this Friday the first free practices in Kuala Lumpur.

Red Bull Racing surprised Max this morning with a nice cake at the circuit. However, other activities have not been planned due to the busy schedule the coming days. “Maybe we’ll have dinner somewhere after the weekend to celebrate my birthday. Because, before I go to the circuit in Suzuka, I will spend some days in Tokyo,” says Max.

Even on his birthday, Max is focusing on what he does best: lapping a track as fast as he can. Let’s hope that the race on Sunday will bring him a nice present, being a good result. The cherry on the cake so to speak.
