Pedro Diniz may have to be on the look-out for a new job in 1999 since his seat with Arrows, where he replaced Jos Verstappen in 1997, isn't certain. Mika Salo seems relatively certain of a seat with Arrows next year. Possible replacements for Diniz are Toranosuke Takagi and Pedro de la Rosa. Diniz, who brings along Parmalat-sponsoring worth about $10 million, is talking with Sauber and BAR. Most favourite candidate for BAR is still Ricardo Zonta.
